With the confirmation of the tour package with Explore My Bharat, you give your consent to agree with our following terms of services:

1. All sites mentioned in the package will be covered once during the tour. Please note that you won’t be driven for a particular sight more than once.
2. Check-In time in hotels is 12:00 p.m. or after and Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. or before. In case of early Check-In or late Check-Out, you might be charged early check-in fee or late check-out fee respectively by hotels, which will be directly payable on-spot.
3. In case Explore My Bharat is unable to provide you with the taxis or hotels mentioned in the package because of lesser availability, you’ll be provided with a similar taxi or hotels.
4. Explore My Bharat prepares the package as per customer’s requirement and request. Note that our quotation is customizable only before finalization of the quote. When the package gets finalized, no changes will be entertained in this final package itinerary.
5. In case a customer refuses to take the benefits of the service on commencement of the tour or during the tour, s/he still has to pay according to the voucher we have created and shared with the customer. No relaxation will be given in the amount whether s/he accomplish whole tour according to quotation or not
6. It is advisable for clients not to modify the tour plan during the tour. But in case a customer wishes to include a new place for sightseeing which is not mentioned in the final quote or package, s/he will be charged accordingly on spot for sightseeing s/he wishes for. Explore My Bharat would assist you in that case, but should not be held responsible for failure of services or any other issue that might arise during the modified tour.
7. In case a customer wishes to terminate the tour in between travel dates, s/he still has to pay the amount according to the voucher we have created and shared with the customer.
8. Client will have to pay according to the voucher even if s/he does not check in to hotels we provide.
9. AC service will be switched off in hilly areas. To enable AC during a journey in hilly areas, you have to pay extra, which will be directly charged on-spot.
10. Explore My Bharat in any case whatsoever, is not responsible for the damage or misplacement of the belongings of the client.

2. In the event the you opt for Razopay as a Payment Mechanism, you
   understands, accepts and agrees to comply with Razorpay terms and condition available on https://www.payu.in/tnc/
3. In the event the you opt for PayU as a Payment Mechanism, you
