Cancellation Policy
In case customer wishes to cancel of the tour, s/he’ll be refunded as per our cancellation policy. It is advisable to all interested travelers to read our cancellation policy once before advance payment.
- Before 30 days of the starting of your tour: 90% of the advance amount will be refunded.
- 30-15 days before the starting of your tour: 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
- 15 days before the starting of your tour: 30% of the advance amount will be refunded.
- 1 week before the starting of your tour: 10% of the advance amount will be refunded.
- Day before or same day of the starting of your tour: No refunds will be made.
- Cancellation after the day of commencement of your tour: You won’t be refunded if you cancel the tour on or after the day of starting of tour.
- No refunds in case sightseeing is restricted as a result of natural calamities such as landslides, earthquake, heavy rainfall or snowfall and any other possibilities which are beyond the control of North India Tour.
- There will be no refund in case your taxi faces technical or mechanical issues during tour.
- Token money won't be refunded in any case.
- You’ll be refunded within 2 months from date of initiation of refund.
